Welcome to the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. project!

Our goal is to involve Salt Lake Senior Citizens in research and development on how to best support you in sustaining physical activity.

We have been engaging age 60+ Seniors who struggle with joint pain or other musculoskeletal conditions that are a barrier to physical activity in the Research Process.

Feedback from focus groups and engagement studios helps us to develop training for Seniors to become part of research development to explore supports for sustaining physical activity in aging adults.

Once identified, we can develop a proposal to integrate these supports into the future senior care models to help keep Seniors active leading to a longer, happier life. CONTACT US to get involved!

The B.R.I.D.G.E.S Project is a Tier 1 grant from the Patient Centered Outcomes Research Institute with support from the University of Utah.  Meet the B.R.I.D.G.E.S. Advisory Board
